Daal ki special sabzi

mix daal

Ingredients 

*For bari  

. Dal - 1 cup masoor dal, 1 cup moong dal, 1 cup urad dal, 1 cup chana dal 

. 4 to 5 garlic cloves 

. One small size onion 

.4 to 5 green chilli

. Salt per taste

. Garam masala powder

For gravy

1 bulb garlic 

1 big size onion

Small piece of ginger

 1 tablespoon Red chilli powder

1 tablespoon Coriander powder

 Half teaspoon Turmeric powder

Oil

Recipe :  soak dal for 3 to 4 hour 

Then take all the ingredients of bari in a blending jar add dal and grind it nicely . ( we need a thick and fine paste) 

Now take a steamer (momo maker) greese it with oil 

Make small small balls of the mixture and steam it for 15 minutes 

 Now take a pan add oil and fry our steam bari 

Curry preparation 
Heat 4 table spoon of oil in a pan 
Add ginger, garlic, onion paste, cook it for 5 to 6 minutes 
Then add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt . Cook for another 5 minutes 
Add hot water for gravy 
Then add bari cover the lid and cook for 10 minutes garnish it with hara dhaniyaa..
