Masala bhindi (ladyfinger)


 Ingredients 

* half kg bhindi (lady finger) 
* one small size / half onion 
*two tomatoes 
*red chilli powder ( pisi laal mirch) 
* salt
* 6 to 8 green chilli (hari mirch) 
* mustard oil 

Recipe

Wash the vegetables (bhindi, tomatoes and green chillis) 
 Take a clean cloth and pad dry the vegetables ( khass tor pr bhindi bilkul paani nhi rhena chaiye vrna chipk jaana h inhone aaps m😁)
 
Now slice the onion 
Roughly chopped tomatoes and green chilli
Cut bhindi in small small pieces 

Then take 4 spoon of oil in a pan heat it (ache se pka lena mustard oil thora wqt leta h pkne m) 

Add onion in oil and cook until translucent then add Tomatoes and green chilli 
Add salt as per your taste and half tablespoon of red chilli powder 
Cook for 5 minutes on medium flame 

Now add bhindi and mix it with masala cover it with the lid and cook for 20 to 30 minutes on low flame 

Now switch of the flame and serve it with paratha or roti....
