Matar paneer

 Ingredients 

Half kg paneer (indian cheese) 
2 cup matar ( green peas)  or h can use frozen peas as well 
2 meduim size onion
3 medium size tomatoes 
6,7 gloves of garlic 
Small piece of ginger 
2,3 green chilli
Coriander stem (pta nhi kon log h vo jo dahiye ki dandi fek dete h) 
Basic powder masale ( turmeric powder half spoon, 1 spoon red chilli powder, 1 spoon coriander powder, salt as per taste?)
Tezz patta 
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Oil 

 Recipe 

Take a pan add 2 small spoon of oil or u can use butter 
Heat the oil then add slice onion stir for 2 second then add garlic and ginger(roughly chopped) 
Wait for 2 minutes 
Now add tomatoes and coriander stems 
Add all the powder masale and mix it well 
Now add half cup of water and cook it for five minutes on high flame 

Now let it cool down ( thanda hone k baad ache se mixer m pees do) 
 Now take a pan add 2,3 spoon of oil 
Add tez patta and our onion tomato paste ( jo pees k rakha tha) ( u can also store this paste in the fridge for 2 weeks) 
Now add water ( jitni thick gravy chaiye us hisab se) 
Cook for 2,3 minutes then add  boil peas  ( or boil nhi h to ek whistle lga lo) 
Now add paneer (cubes m cut kr k) 
Switch of the flame ( paneer dalne k baad nhi pkana) 
Add coriander leaves and serve it with paratha or roti
